Introduction
People Movers are primarily utilized in airports to provide automated assistance to guests with mobility challenges, enabling them to effortlessly navigate to their desired destinations within the facility. This comprehensive module incorporates various elements, such as survey results, user flow analysis, design implementation, and prototype development, to ensure an optimized and user-centric experience for app users.
Userflow
The user flow encompasses several key steps, including registration, selection of pickup location, user confirmation, and activation of email. These components are integral to ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience within the system.
Online Reservation User Flow - Responsive
The usage process of the people mover robot involves various stages, including scanning QR codes, instant positioning, selecting destinations, receiving staff assistance, and providing user feedback. These steps collectively contribute to a streamlined and efficient experience for users interacting with the people movers.
Robot Application User Flow - Tablet
The operator user flow encompasses various components to facilitate seamless interaction with the system. Operators begin by logging in through the login page and gain access to features such as live bot location tracking, a bot map for visualizing its movements, a chat room for real-time communication with users, a service history log, and the ability to manage user accounts. This comprehensive user flow ensures operators can efficiently monitor the bot, engage with users, and access relevant information and tools to provide effective assistance.
